# Governance Framework

### **Voting Process**

All changes to the system will be discussed and voted on by the community through [*Gardens*](/ccgf/governance/governance-participation/gardens.md). The community will determine the appropriate voting period and requirements based on the importance of each proposal.

**Key principle:** More important changes need more discussion and broader agreement.

The stewards have the executive authority to implement the decision.

* Detailed impact assessment
* Clear success metrics
* Risk analysis
